Shipments and returns

Your packed shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 5 days after the online order or receipt of electronic payment and are shipped via Our courier with tracking and drop-off after signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

The shipping cost depends on the location we ship to and is divided into zones

Zone 1: Cairo and Giza

Zone2: Alexandria, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez

Zone3 : Qaliyobiya, Minoufiya, Sharqiya, Gharbiya, Daqahliya, Behaira, Damietta, Kafr-e-Sheikh

Zone 4: Fayoum, Beni Suef, Miniya, Assiut, Sohag

Zone 5: Qena, Luxor, Aswan, Red Sea, South Sinai, North Coast and Matrouh

Zone 6: New Valley, North Sinai, Abu Simbel, Marsa Alam, Salloum, Halayeb & Shlateen Oases and other towns and villages outside main city limits in Zones 4 and 5

Shipping cost for each zone is define at the time of shipping and may vary by time depending on the current cost and economic changes without prior notification to the clients

Payment Collection Service (Cash on Delivery):

COD (Cash on Delivery) service is a service where the cost of shipped goods is collected from consignee at the time of

returns Police:

The Customer is free to return the orders for all shipments that were shipped under the Customer’s account within 14 days but must be in the original state, not damaged and not used.

Personal care products or products related to the customer health are not Returnable if product seal of The Box is opened.

The customer is responsible for shipping cost due to fact that the address on the shipment is not clear, consignee refused to accept delivery or if the customer requested the shipment to be returned.

Return charges are applicable on the customer in addition to the original shipping charges.

Yet customer must always understand that we pack well and our items are well-protected.
